Mallory Storage Station - Franklin
Welcome to Mallory Self Storage in Franklin, Tennessee. You’ll find our facility between I-65 and Franklin Road near Cool Springs Galleria and Costco. Here, you’ll find we can meet your storage needs, whatever they are. We have drive-up and climate-controlled units as well as outdoor and covered boat and RV parking. Our storage sizes range from 5x10 to 15x50, so whether you need to store the contents of a single room or of an entire, multi-bedroom house, we have you covered. Our on-site management team is here to give you a tour, answer your questions, or help you pay your bill, in person, or online.
While you’re in the area, you can get groceries at Costco, prescriptions at Walgreens, or grab a bite to eat at Starbucks, Old Chicago, or Newk’s Eatery, and these are just a few of the nearby businesses.
Even though it is apparently just down the street from our store, none of us had ever heard of Williamson College before seeing it included on this site. The only colleges that we have had students rent from us in the past are from the larger schools Vanderbilt University and Belmont University.
There are numerous universities and colleges within driving distance from our Franklin facility.
Our Franklin location is just minutes away from Williamson College, making it a great place for their students to store extra belongings. We’re also close to New College Franklin and Columbia State Community College, Belmont and Vanderbilt University.
University students tend to live in small dorm rooms or have a single room in an apartment. As a student, you may not have enough space for all your things, and renting a bigger room may be prohibitively expensive.
Self storage space rents for significantly less per square foot than residential space. By storing a room’s worth of your belongings with us, you can save money on rent and ensure you have enough room to study and to relax.
Boat and RV Storage in Franklin
At our Franklin location, we have plenty of spaces where you can store your boat or RV. These include outdoor and covered parking. The former rents for less, but will leave your vehicle subject to sun and weather damage. The latter costs a bit more but keeps your vehicle mostly protected from weather conditions, In both cases, we recommend that you wax your boat or RV before storing it.
Climate Controlled Storage in Franklin
Franklin has cold winters, getting down below freezing temperatures at night, and hot summers, getting up to about 100 degrees some days. Winters can also get dry, and summers, humid. That’s why we recommend renting a unit with climate control, especially if you plan to store with us long term. They’ll keep your art, musical instruments, furniture, collectibles, clothing, and more in great shape.
At our Franklin store we offer 3 different types of storage units.
- Climate controlled units that are temperature controlled and also dehumidified with industrial dehumidifiers.
- Dehumidified units that are not temperature controlled, but are dehumidified with industrial dehumidifiers.
- Regular / standard units
- All units are ground floor level. No elevators
- Larger units have exterior doors for easy access
- Climate controlled units with exterior doors are insulated to keep the temperature constant
